Commercial Real Estate Acquisition, Development and Finance

The attorneys in our Commercial Real Estate and Finance practice areas are actively engaged in various aspects of commercial real estate financing, providing representation to lender, borrower and seller clients. The majority of our lender representation focuses on local and regional banks and their acquisition loan, acquisition and development loan, and construction and permanent loan products. We represent individuals and corporate entities in the purchase and sale of large tracts of undeveloped land, warehouse and office space as well as retail shopping centers. We also represent both builders and land developers who range in size from small residential builders (up to ten homes a year,) to large multi-million dollar builder developers who are simultaneously involved with dozens of projects.
