Experience

Joe’s law practice focuses on real estate, banking and business transactions, representing builders, developers, entrepreneurs, start-ups, lenders and individual homeowners. Joe’s clients know him as a deal maker. He facilitates every transaction with the goal of completing it in a timely, organized manner - with a positive solution for all involved - so his clients can go back to what they do best -- running their businesses.

In real estate law, Joe represents purchasers and sellers in a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions. He also represents a number of real estate developers with the acquisition of new property and the creation of many types of developments including single family home neighborhoods, town homes and residential and commercial condominiums.

Joe’s banking practice involves representing lenders ranging from community and mid-size banks to larger banking corporations in commercial loans, asset-based loans, and foreclosures.

Joe assists clients in a number of corporate transactions including the formation of limited liability companies and corporations, asset and stock sales, small business mergers, and drafting or reviewing contracts and leases.

He recently represented a lender in a green energy initiative involving a new business that captures methane gas from landfills to be resold for energy and serves as a creative stream of revenue for local government.  He also represented a management construction company during the conversion of non-residential, older warehouse space into residential condominiums, breathing new life into a previously dormant area.

Joe dedicates his spare time to his family and plans to return to coaching youth football as his children grow.
