Experience
Rick Lawrence is a partner and heads MGM Law’s Business Law Section. Rick joined MGM Law after building a successful corporate practice with one of the state’s largest firms. In addition to a general business practice, Rick also specializes in lender representation and real estate development/transactions work. Rick represents many of central Virginia’s largest Banks, as well as, a host of local community banks. Rick has extensive experience in real estate financing, with particular emphasis on residential development, and SBA financing. Rick has successfully guided many business owners through the process of either acquiring or selling their businesses. Additionally, a significant number of the areas largest privately owned businesses rely on Rick for their legal needs.
