Experience
Joe Perini’s practice focuses on the representation of both purchasers and sellers in a variety of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Joe also represents a number of real estate developers with the acquisition of new property and the creation of many types of developments including single family home neighborhoods, town homes and residential and commercial condominiums. Additionally, Joe has assisted clients in a number of corporate transactions including the formation of limited liability companies and corporations, asset and stock sales, small business mergers, and drafting or reviewing contracts and leases.
